Quad Cities Christian Elementary (Temple Christian) is seeking a School Office Manager for a Private Christian school servicing students Preschool-6th grade.  The successful candidate must have outstanding people skills, the ability to maintain a pleasant work environment, a high level of organizational effectiveness, technology skills that equip you to work in this current day, top-notch communication skills and a flexible personality that allows you to meet the needs of the school and staff that might arise.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicating with staff, parents and students
  • Managing student information systems
  • Coordinating student enrollment
  • Managing tuition accounts
  • Creating flyers and program materials
  • Organizing school field trips and special events
  • Office accounting

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Christian faith demonstrated through active church involvement
  • Experience in Office Management
  • Proficiency with MS Office Products
  • Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting software
    • Collaborate with 3rd Party Study Abroad Providers
    • Identify, Select & Interview Appropriate Host Families
    • Facilitate the Placement of International Students
    • Provide Support for both International Students and Host Families throughout the year
    • Vet Incoming Potential Applicants
    • Ensure Accepted Students have appropriate paperwork, both health and government related
    • Become SEVIS approved, Issue I-20’s, Update Student’s Status as needed
    • Fulfill other duties as requested by placing agency

Part-Time Accounts Payable & International Program Director– Jr. High/High School Campus 

Quad Cities Christian Jr. High/High School is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Manager & International Program Director for a Private Christian school serving students 7th-12th grade.  The successful candidate must have outstanding people skills, the ability to maintain a pleasant work environment, a high level of organizational effectiveness, technology skills that equip you to work in this current day, the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and the skills needed to manage the financial details of the school.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Accounts Payable

  • Journal Entries
  • Completing Payroll
  • Payroll Liabilities
  • Running Financial Reports
  • Year End Contribution Statements
  • Preparing and Maintaining the Yearly Budget
  • Maintain Accounts – Bank & Credit Card
  • Complete Check Requests, Reimbursements, Fund Transfers
  • Pay Bills

 

International Program Director
